The Education Administration is responsible for all activities within the municipality's preschools, primary schools, adapted primary school, after-school care centers, upper secondary school, and adult education. Galaxskolan is an F–6 school located in the Steninge district in Märsta, close to nature and Lake Mälaren. Here, engaged and qualified staff work to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where students are given the opportunity to develop solid knowledge. Our mission is to give students a school experience characterized by safety, well-being, knowledge, development, curiosity, creativity, and joy. The activities are characterized by collaboration, professionalism, and a strong belief in every child's ability to grow and reach their full potential. 1 position(s). DUTIES The assignment involves being a leading person in the school's work to create a safe and pleasant school environment, against bullying and harassment. You work in close collaboration with the student support team, teachers, and other educators as well as school leadership. The work includes, among other things • special responsibility for work against harassment • responsibility for recess activities You are an empathetic and attentive person with great commitment to students. In your daily work, you are moving around among all the school's students, with emphasis on the intermediate grades. You have well-functioning contacts with guardians. QUALIFICATIONS For this role, we're looking for someone who has education relevant to the role or corresponding work experience that the employer considers equivalent. You are structured, confident, and relationship-building. You work goal-oriented and independently with the ability to plan, prioritize, and complete tasks within given timeframes. You are stable even in challenging situations, have the courage to stand by your assessments, and can handle different perspectives in a professional manner. You easily build good relationships and work unpretentiously with others to achieve common goals. Your ability to take responsibility, work together, and collaborate is of utmost importance.
