We are looking for a social worker who is full of energy for working with children and young people, and who also wants to lead a small team and find new ways to further develop our low-threshold facility for children and youth in Velké Meziříčí. What do we do at Wellmez? We provide support to children and adolescents, ages 8-26, who are in situations where they have no one to help them. For our users, we create a safe environment where they can confide in us. What does the manager's role involve? - leading a small team of workers - being responsible for service quality, including methodology development - responding to current user needs and further developing the service accordingly - working with users at the club (in the facility's spaces) or in the field (on city streets) - meeting with service inquiries, concluding contracts, creating individual service plans - collaborating with other organizations and entities (schools, OSPOD, SVP, Police...) - participating in various working groups within the organization, city, and Vysočina Region - working with the PR specialist to ensure good service presentation - collaborating on budget creation and ensuring proper budget management - being responsible for facility spaces (having maintenance and cleaning staff available) and other operational matters Where? In Velké Meziříčí, at Hornoměstská street no. 366/41 (next to Billy) When?
