Start date possible from October/November 2026 What Awaits You? - Development of the NZDM Kompas social service for children and youth aged 7 to 22 in the Jindřichův Hradec region - Social work with children and adolescents, both in the office and in various outdoor locations where young people gather (e.g., playgrounds or parks) - Guiding clients through the service inquiry process, concluding service agreements, establishing, implementing, and evaluating individual client plans - Maintaining complete documentation and additional administrative and methodological activities - Collaboration with other helping organizations (OSPOD, SVP, PPP, schools, etc.) What Can We Offer You? - 0.6 FTE position in Jindřichův Hradec - Starting salary for 0.6 FTE - 18,000 Kč for social worker / 16,800 Kč for social services worker (PSS), with increase after training - Non-stereotypical, meaningful, creative work in a pleasant young team within a dynamically developing organization - Professional growth and further professional education in the social field - Regular supervision, 25 days of vacation (120 hours), and additional benefits - Opportunity to participate in developing work with at-risk families in the Jindřichův Hradec region
