QUALIFICATIONS: Completed secondary vocational or higher education per Act No. 108/2006 Sb., officially certified WORK REQUIREMENTS: - Hepatitis B vaccination - Knowledge of social issues, understanding of relevant legislation - Independence, attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Health fitness - Clean criminal record, certified by a Criminal Register extract no older than 3 months - Group B driver's license, active driving JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Providing basic social counseling to clients and their family members - Conducting social assessments and proposing individual support plans, monitoring their implementation and evaluation - Administrative management of client documentation - contracts, individual plans, service requests - Active participation in team meetings - Contributing to quality service development - Methodological leadership of organization's social services - experience with team management and staff supervision - Understanding of social services economics, project management, grant administration - Knowledge of and responsibility for adhering to quality standards in social services - Planning and coordinating employee training, proposing benefits - Communication with state administration offices - Cooperation with other social service providers Basic working hours 7:00 - 13:00, with obligation to be present at workplace as needed until 17:00.
