Nature of work performed: - conducts social assessments with the target group of the service, evaluates unfavorable social situations of families, - concludes service provision agreements, - provides social-legal counseling, analytical, methodological and conceptual activities in the social field, - individually plans with the target group, revises individual plans, - provides crisis intervention, - facilitates contact with follow-up network according to client needs. We require: - minimum higher professional education or university degree with a social focus in accordance with Act No. 108/2006 Coll. on Social Services, - knowledge of social work standards, - good communication skills, positive attitude, ability to work in a team and independently, - reliability, criminal record extract, responsibility, - willingness for continuous education, - creativity, flexibility, empathy, We offer: - Fixed-term contract until June 30, 2028, with possibility of renewal, - salary from CZK 36,000/month, increase after probation period, - benefits: company events, Multisport card, - independent, responsible and creative work, - opportunity for professional and personal development, - team cooperation, - start date by agreement.
