Social Worker

Main Job Responsibilities: Conducting social investigations and assessing clients' life situations, providing professional social counseling in the areas of social benefits, social services, and care allowances, assisting clients in resolving unfavorable social situations, cooperating with administrative authorities and other institutions in clients' interests, performing activities related to first-instance administrative proceedings. Qualifications and Additional Requirements: Education and qualifications as per Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services, i.e., completed higher professional education in the social field, or university education in the social area (in fields of study focused on social work and social pedagogy, social pedagogy, social and humanitarian work, social work, social policy, socio-legal activities, charitable and social activities, social care, social pathology, law, or special pedagogy), knowledge of PC work (MS Office), excellent communication skills, responsibility, independence, flexibility, clean criminal record, professional conduct, psychological resilience. Working Conditions: Salary placement in pay grade 10 in accordance with applicable legal regulations, flexible working hours – full-time, expected start date – September 15, 2026, employment contract for a definite period (substitute for parental leave) with a 6-month probationary period (set in accordance with § 178(3) of the Civil Service Act, as amended).
