We are looking for a social worker to join our team who will be a support to clients and their families. You will coordinate the work of social service workers and help ensure that care runs smoothly every day as it should. Conducting and processing social investigations with clients. Providing social counseling to clients and their families. Receiving new service requests, concluding contracts and maintaining related documentation. Maintaining appropriate client documentation including reviews of individual plans. Coordinating and planning the work of care workers. Communication with authorities and managing related administration (e.g. care allowance agenda). Close cooperation with other colleagues to ensure smooth and needs-based client care. Who are we looking for? A person will feel comfortable with us who: has appropriate education according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services, has a group B driver's license and active driving is a matter of course for him/her, has good organizational skills and can handle situations where changes need to be solved operatively, is empathetic, patient and respects the needs of clients and their families, can be independent, responsible and at the same time is happy to cooperate with others. What do we offer you? Full-time work (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday. An employment contract for a fixed period with the possibility of extension and long-term cooperation. Salary from 35,000 CZK gross. 5 weeks of vacation and 3 sick days. Thorough training and support from experienced colleagues - we won't leave you alone at the beginning. Support for further education and professional development. Meal allowance in the form of meal voucher flat rate. Friendly work environment and a team of colleagues who help each other.
