Nature of the work: • Implementation of an innovative project (Housing First), • Direct work with service users in both field and outpatient settings, • Provision of basic and specialized social counseling in the area of rights and housing issues, • Crisis intervention in housing matters, client accompaniment, mediation of contacts with specialized social service providers, etc., • Collaboration with other institutions – creating a support platform for the target group, • Recording service progress, collaboration on improving service quality, • Public information and assistance with preparing strategic documents, • Working hours – 40h/week. Requirements: • Education: qualifications according to § 110 of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services, i.e., completed higher vocational education in social field or university degree in social area, • Reliability, responsibility, criminal record excerpt, empathy, flexibility, • Good communication skills, positive attitude, • Knowledge of PC work, • Knowledge of social work standards, • Ability to work in a team, • Willingness for continuous education, • Experience in the field is welcome.
