Job Responsibilities: Social Worker – General: - Performs social work within the scope of the social service; provides social service activities in accordance with Regulation No. 505/2006 Coll., as amended, - Provides basic social counseling, - Oversees individual planning processes with service clients, - Ensures clients are informed about service-related matters, - Collaborates with external specialists (physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, special education teacher, etc.) as needed, or with family members, - Engages with service inquiries and applicants; assesses unfavorable social situations and service appropriateness; maintains records of rejected applicants, - Participates in developing concepts and analyses in the area of social service delivery, - Identifies and creates new opportunities for service clients, - Maintains documentation records, - Provides methodological guidance to direct care workers, - Concludes service provision agreements with clients, - Develops and updates service delivery methodology in collaboration with the regional methodologist, - Prepares materials for service quality assessment and organizes measures to improve service quality, - Ensures accuracy of data for statistical reports related to service provision, - Organizes case conferences/case discussion meetings as part of multidisciplinary collaboration, - Fulfills additional duties in accordance with supervisor directives. What experience, skills, and qualities will you need? - Willingness to learn new things, optimistic approach to life, sense of responsibility. - Ability to communicate openly, collaborate closely within a team, and seek solutions together. - Moral integrity and value orientation; ability to maintain perspective and manage stressful situations with clients. - Respectful approach to clients. - Experience working with children and youth is an advantage. - Excellent communication skills, stress resilience, time flexibility, good work organization. - Driver's license category B (advantageous but not required); vaccination against hepatitis B (or willingness to be vaccinated); clean criminal record and health clearance.
