WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU? mobile phone and notebook for both work and personal use service vehicle for client visits 5 additional vacation days (total of 5 weeks per year) gross monthly salary 33 500 - 35 500 Kč special bonuses typically 2x per year start date by agreement, possible immediately wide opportunities for professional development and supervision in the field of education every new colleague receives necessary training facilities in new office spaces of a major social services provider meals in the form of meal voucher allowance and most importantly – meaningful work with deeper significance WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? minimum higher professional education with a focus on social services or university education meeting the requirements of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services knowledge of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended, and Decree 505/2006 Coll., as amended; including quality standards issues, orientation in legislative regulations related to service provision within the organization – Civil Code 89/2012 Coll. as amended, Act 359/1999 Coll. as amended, etc. prior experience in social services operations required Group B driving license – active driver clean criminal record basic computer skills – documentation management, social agenda, contract preparation knowledge of Cygnus2 software, KISSOS JMK system, OK Poskytovatel, and familiarity with multiple forms or facilities of social services is an advantage communication and organizational skills, respect for established organizational systems, including initiative in implementing new organizational changes or measures ability to work independently and as part of a team, responsibility and empathy willingness to further your education in this field HOW TO CONTACT US?
