Work Location: Horní náměstí 96, Slavičín, Masarykovo náměstí 1079, Valašské Klobouky, Hildy Synkové 1389, Brumov-Bylnice Job Responsibilities: Work at KamPak Low-Threshold Facility (a social service facility for children and youth) with a target group of children, youth, and young adults aged from 11 to 26 years old, at risk of or affected by social exclusion. Direct work with service users: - socio-pedagogical work with service users - provision of basic activities: educational, developmental, and activation activities, assistance in exercising rights, legitimate interests, and managing personal matters, facilitating contact with the community, socio-therapeutic activities - provision of counseling, information services, and contact work with service users - cooperation with follow-up services and public administration bodies Indirect work: - management of relevant administrative tasks related to the provision of social services - planning and organization of recreational and educational activities for service users - preparation of materials for development of service methodology - professional development and skill enhancement Requirements: - Criminal clearance - Fulfillment of qualification prerequisites for the position of "social worker," "social services worker," or "pedagogical worker" according to Act 108/2006 Coll. - Advanced knowledge of PC work (MS Office programs, internet usage) - Personal qualities - positive attitude toward children and youth, empathy, communication skills - Ability to work both in a team and independently, organizational skills, interest in professional development beyond mandatory training requirements according to social services legislation - Category B driver's license is an advantage; experience and expertise in the social field are advantageous - More information about the workplace at www.dokampaku.cz Employee Benefits: regular supervision, professional development training, opportunity to participate in other organization projects.
