Qualification Requirements - Professional competence as a social worker according to Law No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services (minimum higher professional education in social field) We Require - PC skills (MS Office, Cygnus program an advantage) - knowledge of individual planning an advantage - driver's license category B - active driver - criminal clearance - proven by criminal record certificate - reliability, conscientiousness and responsible approach to work - willingness to continue learning - ability to work in a team, communication skills - ability to support and help clients achieve self-sufficiency, positive approach to clients Job Duties: - conduct social assessments - conduct interviews with social service applicants - develop and update assessments of a person's ability to meet basic life needs - initiate or recommend reassessment of care allowance - prepare documentation for contract conclusion and attachments with the client - sign the service agreement and attachments with the client upon admission to the facility - collaborate with legal guardians - manage basic social administration, including maintenance of social documentation - provide basic social counseling - facilitate basic social and community contacts for clients - oversee compliance with internal standards and applicable legislation We Offer: - competitive salary, full-time employment 29,740,- Kč to 43,180,- Kč (according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll. based on qualifications and experience) + personal bonus + rewards - 5 weeks of vacation - company benefits: - workplace meals - regular pension insurance contribution - employee massages - collegial and friendly atmosphere - meaningful work with a trustworthy employer Working hours 40 hours per week with uneven distribution (single-shift operation).
