Social Worker in Supported Housing

Supported Housing Home provides year-round residential social services for 8 clients with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. For the social worker position, we require: education according to §110 of Act 108/2006 Coll. on Social Services, criminal record clearance, full legal capacity, health fitness, empathy, independence, reliability, responsibility, ability to work in a team. The main job duties include basic social counseling, social assessment, client documentation management, service provision accounting, individual planning, collaboration on quality standards and methodologies, and supervision of direct care workers.
