Job Responsibilities: Accompanying key worker for foster families who provides support and counseling to assigned foster families. The primary mission is to help foster parents manage challenging situations in the upbringing and healthy development of entrusted children. Direct independent work and meetings with foster families. Assistance in addressing the upbringing of entrusted children and their relational or personal issues. Communication with OSPOD staff and cooperating organizations (schools, physicians, psychologists, other professional partners). Administrative work related to direct client service (Collaboration on planning service delivery, arranging relief services for families, administrative tasks, service progress reports for OSPOD and other authorities, meeting minutes, coordinating training for foster parents, collaboration on developing quality standards for the Center, etc.) Required Education: higher professional or university education meeting the requirements of the social services law (social work, social care, social policy, law, special education, social pedagogy, psychology or related fields), criminal record clearance, Group B driver's license - active driver, ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: Compensation - for example, 25,000 to 30,000 Kč monthly Position Type - primary employment, also possible on DPP with option for remote work Work Equipment - notebook and mobile phone Work Location - At the DAR Semily center office and the Semily district region Submit by email a copy of your diploma with documentation of required education, your CV, and a brief cover letter to [email protected] (include "VŘ KP - Your Surname" in the subject line) no later than July 19, 2026.
