Charita České Budějovice is a non-governmental non-profit church organization providing health and social services in the territory of České Budějovice and neighboring municipalities. We focus on helping people in need. Our long-term vision is to help the most vulnerable, who would otherwise remain without assistance. What will your work include? - Direct social work with users of the Socially Activating Service for Families with Children. - Field social work with families. - Administrative activities related to documentation management. - Cooperation with authorities, schools, and follow-up institutions. What do we require? - Minimum education level: higher specialized or university education according to Act 108/2006 Coll. (students before state exams can be accepted). - Knowledge of the Social Services Act 108/2006 Coll., Decree No. 505/2006 Coll. in its current wording, and other legal regulations related to social services. - Ability to work in a team. - High work commitment. - Criminal and moral integrity. - User knowledge of PC skills: Word, Excel, internet. - Reliability, responsibility, flexibility, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and make quick decisions. - Driving license category B - advantageous - Active approach to problem-solving, willingness to learn new things, and respect for Charita's values.
