For our social service Sociální rehabilitace Šance domova, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of social worker for social and rental housing programs. What awaits you with us: - Communication with tenants and subtenants involved in social and rental housing programs. - Supporting clients in resolving issues related to housing and rental or sublease relationships. - Providing social work in field and outpatient forms. - Engaging with service applicants, concluding contracts, individual planning, and evaluating service progress. - Visiting clients and accompanying them in negotiations with authorities and other institutions. - Maintaining client documentation, records of rental and sublease agreements, and related administration. - Regular apartment inspections, meter readings, and cooperation in addressing their technical condition. - Participation in developing and updating methodologies, internal rules, and work procedures. Who we are looking for: - A candidate with professional qualifications as a social worker according to § 110 of Act No. 108/2006 Coll. on social services, and experience in social services or social work. - A colleague interested in social and affordable housing with an empathetic and respectful approach to clients. - An independent, responsible, and team-oriented person with excellent communication and organizational skills, who can plan work effectively and build partnership collaboration with clients and professional institutions. - A person willing to continue learning and regularly follow legislative changes in the social sector. - A candidate with user knowledge of MS Office and experience working with information systems. - An active driver (group B driving license).
