Job Responsibilities: • Support key worker for foster families, providing support and counseling to assigned foster families. • The main mission is to help substitute parents manage challenging situations in raising and ensuring healthy development of assigned children. • Direct independent work and meetings with foster families. Assistance in addressing child-rearing issues and relationship or personal problems of assigned children. • Communication with OSPOD workers and collaborating organizations (school, physician, psychologist, other professional partners). • Administrative work related to direct client services (collaboration on planning service provision, arranging respite services for families, administrative tasks, service progress reports for OSPOD and other authorities, meeting minutes, facilitating education for substitute parents, collaboration on developing quality standards for the Center, etc.) Requirements: - Higher professional or university education corresponding to the requirements of the Social Services Act (social work, social care, social policy, law, special pedagogy, social pedagogy, psychology, or related fields) - Clean criminal record - Group B driver's license - active driver, capable of independent work and team collaboration Send via email a copy of your diploma with documentation confirming the required education, your CV, and a short motivational letter to [email protected] (include "VŘ KP - Your Surname" in the subject line), no later than August 31, 2026.
