We offer an opportunity for skilled social workers who would like to specialize in immigrant-related issues. We are a small team whose main interest and goal is to address life situations faced by our clients at the Center for Support of Immigrant Integration in Benešov and surrounding areas. We are looking for a team member whose main responsibility will be direct client contact. The Center has a very friendly atmosphere, so we would like to welcome an active person with a sense of teamwork. What will your work involve? • Social counseling for clients - foreign nationals legally residing in the Czech Republic • Monitoring needs and situations of foreigners in the region • Organization and delivery of various courses (educational seminars, Czech language instruction), activities and events for clients • Field work within the region What knowledge and skills should you have? • Demonstrable professional qualification for the practice of social work according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll. - required!* • Multicultural tolerance, friendly and communicative personality, attention to detail, empathy • User-level knowledge of PC work (MS Office suite) • Category B driver's license - active driving • Communicative knowledge of English, Ukrainian, or Russian - advantageous • Willingness to continue learning What can we offer you? • Work on a full-time contract related to current social issues • Backing of a stable and continuously developing state organization • Classification in pay grade 10 according to Government Decree No. 341/2017 Coll., as amended + personal compensation • Professional growth and opportunity to participate in educational events, Language Bonus • 200 hours (25 days) of vacation, 5 days of sick leave • We can arrange a MultiSport card • Cultural and Social Needs Fund (after one year with the organization) • Meal allowance • Mobile phone with plan for personal use • Possibility to use discounted mobile plans for family members as well • Work hours: Mon, Wed 7:30-18:00, Tue, Thu 7:30-15:00, Fri 7:30-14:00 Expected start date: immediately / or as agreed.
