For our Plzen branch, we are looking for a new Social Worker to join our Women's Shelter. We need an independent person and team player who is motivated and interested in working with our target clientele, can listen well, and communicate effectively. The role in the Women's Shelter involves supporting and assisting clients in exercising their rights and interests, liaising with government offices and courts. Providing support in job searching and finding new housing. Assisting in restoring or strengthening contact with family. Education: Post-secondary or university degree in accordance with the Social Services Act No. 108/2006 Coll., or willingness to complete required education (within 12 months). Experience in social services is welcome. Personal qualities: social sensitivity, psychological resilience, reliability, independence, and a clean criminal record. Full-time equivalent: 0.75 to 1.0 as agreed. Starting salary: from 32,000 Kč to 34,000 Kč depending on qualifications and years of experience (for full-time position). After the 3-month probationary period: up to 39,000 Kč, depending on qualifications and years of experience (for full-time position).
