Job Description: Providing social activation services for families (according to the Social Services Act). Direct fieldwork – providing social assistance to families with children in difficult life situations, implementing activities within the key worker position – cooperation with the user, planning the course of social service provision, supporting the user in achieving agreed goals, preparing and maintaining individual plans and other documentation, cooperation with related services and other specialists, participation in case conferences. Daily work includes movement in the field with a company vehicle. Additional Information: The social worker provides all basic activities of social activation services for families with children. We require: • Education minimum higher vocational school or university oriented towards the social field - according to Law No. 108/2006 Coll., possibility also for graduates (start possible even before completion of compulsory education) • Legal capacity, clean criminal record • Independence, responsibility, flexibility • Mental resilience • Willingness and ability to take responsibility for your work • Ability to work as a team, loyalty, active approach to work • Willingness to learn new things • Good knowledge of PC work (user MS Office - Word, Excel and others), eQuip - client program • Driving license category B – active driver • Experience in the social field is an advantage We offer: • Creative employment in a friendly and supportive team on a full-time contract • Salary after training from CZK 32,000 to CZK 40,000 (individual remuneration) + bonuses twice a year • Flexible working hours • Opportunity for professional development, training, supervision • Opportunity for further education • 5 weeks of holiday • Company vehicle, notebook and mobile phone Place of Work: field social work in the territory of the administrative district of the municipality with extended authority (SO ORP) České Budějovice, Třeboň, Trhové Sviny.
