Requirements •Professional qualification for the role of social pedagogue in accordance with Act No. 563/2004 Coll., on Pedagogical Workers, •Clean criminal record, independence, reliability, communication and organizational skills, empathetic approach, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Job Responsibilities •Supporting students at risk of academic failure and social disadvantage, •Collaboration with parents, educators, school counseling services, and specialized institutions, •Individual and group work with students, •Promoting positive school climate and prevention of risky behavior, •Maintaining related documentation.
