Job Responsibilities: - Management of the coordinator agenda for placing children in institutional facilities - cooperation with the child protection authority (OSPOD) from the moment removal is being considered, support in utilizing all available tools and family work options; cooperation with other departments and institutions - Methodological guidance and coordination of child social and legal protection activities (including creation of methodologies, statements and methodological guidelines, organization and implementation of methodological meetings of child protection authorities). - Exercising control over delegated authority in the area of child social and legal protection in the South Bohemian Region. - Management of the agenda of individuals and legal entities authorized to perform child social and legal protection activities (including decision-making on applications for authorization to perform child social and legal protection, supervision of authorized persons' activities in the region, and methodological guidance and coordination of their work). Required Knowledge: Act No. 359/1999 Coll., on Social and Legal Protection of Children (including the amendment effective from July 1, 2025), Act No. 500/2004 Coll., Administrative Code, Act No. 255/2012 Coll., Inspection Code, Act No. 109/2022 Coll., on the Performance of Institutional or Protective Education. Education Requirements: Higher education in study programs focused on social work, social policy, social pedagogy, social care, social pathology, law, or special education; post-secondary professional education in fields focused on social work and social pedagogy, social pedagogy, social and humanitarian work, social work, socio-legal activities, charitable and social activities. Additional Requirements and Knowledge: Certification in First Aid during child protection (advantage). Experience in the required field of activity (advantage). Category B driver's license (required).
