Job Responsibilities: - Methodological guidance and coordination of child social and legal protection services (including development of methodologies, opinions, and guidelines; organization and implementation of methodological meetings for child protection authorities). - Exercise of supervisory authority over delegated competencies in child social and legal protection within the South Bohemian Region. - Management of complaints and suggestions regarding child social and legal protection matters. - Administration of the Governor's Advisory Board of the South Bohemian Region in the area of child social and legal protection. - Management of state subsidies for providers of facilities for children requiring immediate assistance, including monitoring of their use. Required Knowledge: Act No. 359/1999 Coll., on Child Social and Legal Protection (including amendment effective July 1, 2025), Act No. 500/2004 Coll., Administrative Code, Act No. 255/2012 Coll., Inspection Code, Act No. 109/2022 Coll., on the Performance of Institutional Education or Protective Education. Education Requirements: Higher education in programs focused on social work, social policy, social pedagogy, social care, social pathology, law, or special education; higher vocational education in fields of social work and social pedagogy, social pedagogy, social and humanitarian work, social work, social and legal services, charitable and social work. Additional Requirements and Knowledge: Knowledge of child social and legal protection procedures a plus. Experience in the required field a plus. Class B driver's license required.
