Key job responsibilities: Participate in assessing clients' social and physical capabilities, develop and implement individual social rehabilitation plans in accordance with Ministry of Welfare guidelines. Help clients restore or acquire new social functioning skills and abilities (self-care abilities, communication skills, leisure activities, etc.). Organize and conduct individual and group classes (for example, crafts, memory training, walks) to maintain and develop clients' physical and mental abilities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (social workers, care assistants, medical personnel, etc.) in addressing clients' problems. Maintain documentation on the progress and results achieved in the social rehabilitation process in accordance with regulatory acts. Requirements for candidates: First-level professional higher education in the field of social assistance or professional secondary education, and social rehabilitation specialist qualification (4th professional qualification level). Understanding of the social rehabilitation process, Ministry of Welfare guidelines, and regulatory acts in the field of social services. Desired professional work experience in social care or rehabilitation. Ability to work in a team and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Ability to take responsibility for decisions made. Organization, accuracy, initiative, empathy, attentiveness, and ability to solve non-standard situations when working with clients. State language proficiency at the highest level (C1) in accordance with the requirements of the State Language Law.
