Aizkraukles novada Sociālais dienests Registration No.: 40900012011 invites applications for an indefinite-term position Social Rehabilitator at Sproģu group apartment and day care centers Number of open positions: 0.6 FTE Monthly salary – 550.00 EUR Key job responsibilities: participate in developing individual social rehabilitation plans, modify and supplement them according to changes in the client's life situation; assist clients in improving existing and acquiring new social skills, monitor the client's social skill development; promote client participation in acquiring their social skills and establish client cooperation responsibilities; involve clients in organizing and participating in leisure time, educational cultural and sports activities; be familiar with and able to apply normative acts related to job duties; comply with external normative acts regulating social sector issues. Requirements for applicants: first-level professional higher education and social rehabilitator qualification or second-level professional higher education in social work (may be a student); good communication and cooperation skills; ability to work in psychologically complex situations; good computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint); knowledge of the official language at an advanced level.
