Main job responsibilities: 1. Plan and ensure high-quality pedagogical education processes at the Institution in compliance with regulatory requirements. 2. Diagnose the success and problems of students' socialization processes, assess the impact of existing social risks on their full integration into society and acquisition of life skills. 3. In cooperation with social services, guardianship authorities, and other state and municipal institutions, promote the provision of social needs for children and youth. 4. Collaborate with teachers, Institution management, students, and parents in educational work, as well as inform about the student's development, progress, and necessary support for improving learning outcomes.
