Nr. 90009002699 invites applications for the vacant position of Social Worker for Group Support Services (2635 11) Key responsibilities: Organize and conduct support groups for children, youth, and adults; Consult with clients regarding available support options; Provide educational, informative, and personal development support related to effective parenting and child care practices in problem situations, and help acquire and reinforce new behavioral patterns; Assist youth in developing the ability to resolve personal, interpersonal, and social problems by enhancing personal and social competencies through various support services, social services, and individual support; Provide support to youth in developing and achieving their personal goals, promoting social inclusion and improved quality of life; Foster positive relationships between parents and children; Ensure the creation of a client's social support network; Requirements for candidates: Secondary level professional or academic higher education in social work or charitable social work; Knowledge and ability to apply regulatory acts governing the social field; Ability to independently organize work and make decisions (including in non-standard situations); Ability to work in a team, creative approach, high accuracy and professionalism in relationships with people; Good communication skills and accuracy; Good skills in working with computer programs (MS Office standard applications and the municipality's social benefits administration information system (SOPA)); Training certificates in the following areas will be considered: support group facilitation "Guide to Raising Adolescents", "Emotional Education of Children", "Setting Boundaries for Children with Love and Respect", risk assessment for families with children in unfavorable conditions, and Child Rights Protection; Preferred experience in facilitating support groups and working with youth; Category B driver's license.
