WE INVITE APPLICATIONS FOR THE POSITION: SENIOR SOCIAL WORKER REQUIREMENTS: • Secondary level professional higher education in the social field. • State language proficiency at an advanced level. • Computer skills: word processing programs, Excel, email usage, internet browsers, as well as specialized information systems. • Knowledge of regulations in the social field and skills in their application. • Good communication and cooperation skills and the ability to resolve conflict situations. MAIN DUTIES: • Conduct social case management; • In cooperation with the primary support person, develop, manage, and ensure the implementation of an individual development plan for each child and youth, and if necessary, according to the institution's director's discretion – individual behavior correction programs; • Organize, maintain (supplement and improve), and manage children's and youths' personal files (original birth certificates; documents justifying placement in a care center; documents confirming legal status; information about biological family; information about health status, etc.) and develop children's and youths' social files (genograms; ecomaps; inspection reports; conversation descriptions; agreements, etc.); • Ensure that, according to records in the electronic school management system, the learning progress of school-age children and youth is monitored both in-person and remotely; • Organize the provision of children's and youths' social needs; • Upon the institution director's instructions, collect data on work completed, prepare reports, compile statistical data, format them, and prepare them for submission to other organizations; • In accordance with the institution's internal regulatory framework, perform advance settlement duties.
