Key Responsibilities:
Accept, review, and register client/legal representative applications and supporting documents for assistant/companion service needs;
Visit clients at their place of residence and prepare a home visit report if necessary for making decisions on assistant/companion service provision;
Determine the required scope of assistant/companion services by assessing the person's functional and social capabilities;
Prepare a JSLP decision draft on granting, terminating, or denying assistant/companion services;
Prepare draft service provision and company agreements for assistant/companion services in accordance with the granted service, making amendments as needed;
Monitor compliance with assistant/companion service agreement obligations in accordance with the concluded agreement.
Requirements for Candidates:
1. Required Education:
1.1. First-cycle higher education in social work or charitable social work, or a student in such a program who has completed at least 180 credit points in a full-time program or 162 credit points in a part-time program, or
1.2. A student in a first-cycle higher education program in social work or charitable social work who has completed at least 120 credit points in a full-time program or at least 108 credit points in a part-time program, or
1.3. Second-cycle higher education in social work or charitable social work, or a student in such a program who has completed at least 60 credit points in a full-time program or at least 54 credit points in a part-time program;
2. C1 level state language proficiency;
3. Good skills in working with Microsoft Office programs;
4. Ability to work independently and in a team;
5. Good communication, collaboration, and argumentation skills;
6. Ability to plan and organize own work.
