No. 90009226487 Branch "RĪGA" Kapseļu Street 31, Riga invites applications for a permanent position SOCIAL EDUCATOR (PROFESSION CODE 5311 06) part-time 0.5 FTE REQUIREMENTS: professional secondary education; desired experience and knowledge in pedagogy or social care working with children and youth; good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to collaborate and work in a team with other professionals; compliance with the requirements of Section 72 of the Child Rights Protection Law; State language proficiency level B2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: provide social education appropriate to the child's age and health status; support the child in problem-solving, academic subject mastery, prepare and accompany the child to school; motivate the child to participate in activities, plan and provide creative and sports activities appropriate to the child's abilities, ensure meaningful leisure time; participate in the implementation of social care and social rehabilitation plans; manage the child's individual development based on the social rehabilitation plan. WE OFFER: base salary from 392.00 to 546.50 EUR (depending on previous professional qualification competencies. After the probation period, salary determination will also consider work performance evaluation results and regular working hours); 25% supplement for work involving special risk; summated working time (according to work schedule); supplement for night work and work on public holidays; professional colleagues and growth opportunities; bonuses according to the Collective Agreement; health insurance after 3 (three) months of employment.
