Work location: Lielā iela 37, Pļaviņas, Aizkraukles nov. Main job responsibilities: Assist clients with mental health disorders in improving existing and acquiring new social skills and monitor the client's social skill development; Work with client groups and individual clients, using creative methods in professional practice to motivate clients toward change; Promote client participation in acquiring social skills and establish client responsibilities for cooperation; Engage clients in organizing and participating in leisure activities, educational, cultural, and sports events; As needed, involve family members and other support persons in promoting the client's social skills; Build cooperation with other social service providers; Participate in seminars, lectures, and conferences related to job responsibilities, and continuously develop professional skills independently. Requirements for applicants: Education – first-cycle higher education in social work (social care worker, social rehabilitation specialist) or pedagogy; Good computer and office equipment skills; Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people; State language proficiency at the advanced level; Ability to organize your own work; Attention to detail, ability to learn new information, and capacity to manage large amounts of information.
