(Registration No. 90000039319) Rīga Social Care Center "Gaiļezers" (hereinafter – Center) announces a competition for the position of Social Care Worker in the Social Care Department (profession code: 3412 01) for an indefinite period Position Purpose: To ensure the provision of social care services to Center clients who cannot provide them themselves due to age or functional disabilities. Requirements: first-level professional higher education in the field of social care; practical work experience in the field of social care; knowledge of the state language in accordance with requirements established in normative acts; good computer skills (Software usage: MS Office, ELISS) and office equipment, independence in task completion and ability to organize your own work and manage the work of others, good communication skills. Main Job Duties: manage, organize and supervise social care for Center clients, i.e. development and monitoring of individual social care plans for clients, monitor the client feeding process; manage, organize and supervise the work of care workers, i.e. organization of care workers' work according to schedule, initiating necessary schedule changes for care workers; participation in interdisciplinary team work, including engagement of Center specialists in ensuring client social care; document client care processes in client records; motivate clients to participate in leisure activities at the Center and beyond; maintain contact with client relatives in the interests of clients.
