About the Role As a Social Media Specialist, you'll drive and develop NetOnNet's presence and strategy on social media channels in both the Swedish and Norwegian markets. You'll: - Develop, own, and implement strategy and tactics for NetOnNet's social media presence in close collaboration with the rest of the marketing department. - Take responsibility for content planning and channel strategy. - Drive and optimize our paid social activities. - Manage partnerships with influencer marketing partners. - Plan and execute social media campaigns. - Monitor and analyze results from completed activities. - Ensure that content and communication strengthen both brand and sales. This role is part of our Brand & Marketing team and reports to the Sales & Marketing Director. You'll work closely with our Junior Content Creator/Producer, the marketing department, and other parts of our commercial team and organization. Who Are We Looking For? You like to take initiative, make things happen, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where conditions can change quickly. You have a genuine interest in social media and continuously stay updated on new platforms, trends, and formats. At the same time, you have the ability to translate ideas into activities that create real impact. To succeed in this role, you're organized, have strong organizational skills, and are used to prioritizing correctly between different initiatives to create the greatest possible business value. We also believe you love content creation and feel equally comfortable in front of and behind the camera. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. To succeed as a Social Media Specialist at NetOnNet, we'd like to see that you have: - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in social media marketing or equivalent. - Education in social media marketing or equivalent. - Good understanding of paid social and digital marketing. - Experience monitoring, analyzing, and translating results into concrete improvement measures. - Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. - Good knowledge of Adobe Suite and the ability to produce simple content when needed. We consider it a merit if you have: - Experience from e-commerce, retail, or other commercial operations. - Norwegian language skills, both spoken and written. - Knowledge of copywriting/graphic design. - Experience presenting results and analyses to different parts of the organization.
