We are now looking for new colleagues to join our renovation team! About the Job: As a carpenter at Steiner Fastigheter, you will face different work tasks on a daily basis. We are looking for you who are a skilled, practical, and flexible person with experience in carpentry/renovations or with a construction technical background. You can handle stressful situations while being thorough and able to make quick decisions. We value that you are responsible, reliable in delivery, and have good communication skills. We see that you are a problem solver with some experience in plumbing, ventilation, construction, and electrical work. The role as a carpenter with us involves different types of work such as full apartment renovations, but you must also be open to other types of work tasks. That you are cooperative, receptive, and responsible is a given for us. Everyday work can be hectic, so we value that you enjoy maintaining a high pace in your work. As an employee with us, you will face new challenges daily, which is why it is important that you are not averse to performing work tasks that you may not have encountered before. The position involves some work at other locations, so you should not be opposed to working at other locations, fully or partially. Main Work Tasks: Apartment renovations Door and window replacement Painting Flooring installation Daily maintenance and upkeep of properties Property inspections Customer troubleshooting Repairs, interior and exterior maintenance Plan purchases for upcoming projects Meritorious: Electrical work Plumbing work A 6-month probationary period applies.
