Would you like to work in a unique environment where no two days are the same? At Gröna Lund, we are now seeking a skilled and solution-oriented carpenter who wants to help create experiences for millions of guests every year.
With us, carpentry work is far from traditional. One day you might build parts for a new attraction project, the next day repair a bench in the park, create a themed detail for our entertainment shows, or ensure that shelves and benches are in the right place in our facilities throughout the park. Variation, creativity, and problem-solving are natural parts of your everyday work.

Work Responsibilities
As a carpenter at Gröna Lund, you will be part of the technical and maintenance department and work from our own carpentry shop inside the park. You will work on both project-based assignments and ongoing maintenance of the park's environments, buildings, and operations.
The work includes, among other things:
Participate in projects related to new attractions, themed areas, and park development
Build, repair, and adapt wooden structures and interior details
Handle fault reports and perform maintenance and repair work throughout the park
Renovate and upgrade facades, buildings, and park environments
Manufacture custom solutions and themed details
Perform both rough and fine carpentry work depending on operational needs
Work closely with mechanics, electricians, painters, and the park's operational teams
The role involves moving frequently between different locations within the park and quickly switching between different types of assignments.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is a trained carpenter or has several years of professional experience in the field. You have broad experience in carpentry work and feel confident working independently. You are unpretentious and help wherever needed, whether it's a minor repair or a larger project. You thrive in a lively and eventful environment where you daily meet both guests and colleagues. You work well with others, build good relationships, and contribute to a positive work climate.
We are seeking a versatile carpenter who is curious about new challenges and wants to help develop and maintain one of Sweden's most unique workplaces.
About the Position
Working hours are primarily during daytime. However, work on weekends and evenings may occur. This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement. Collective agreement with HRF.
Application
The application deadline is August 25. During weeks 32-34, we have vacation, which means that selection and feedback may take some time; we will get back to you as soon as possible but not before week 35. We do not accept applications via email.
If you have questions about the position, you are welcome to contact Gröna Lund's Facilities Manager Kjell Wilhelmsen at mailto:[email protected]. If you have questions about the recruitment process, you can contact Daria Halilovic, HR Partner at mailto:[email protected].
