As a carpenter with us, you will work with both emergency repairs and long-term planned maintenance in our rental apartments. The work includes repairs following fault reports, replacement and adjustment of doors, trim, flooring and kitchen fixtures, as well as renovation and restoration of apartments and common areas. You assess maintenance needs, plan the work, handle materials and document completed tasks. The role involves close contact with tenants and suppliers.
