Carpenter Needed for Prefab Production

About the Position Are you an experienced carpenter looking for something new? Do you want to work in a production environment where craftsmanship, collaboration, and development are valued? Then this might be the position for you. Ikett Personalpartner is now seeking a form carpenter for an well-established prefab operation in Sollebrunn. You will be an important part of production and work with manufacturing and customization of molds for prefabricated concrete elements. This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Ikett Personalpartner and work at one of our clients. For the right person, there are good opportunities for a long-term solution and future employment with the client company. About the Role As a form carpenter, you will manufacture, assemble, and customize molds for prefabricated concrete elements. The role is an important part of production and requires precision, blueprint reading, and a quality-conscious work approach. You will work with among other things: - Manufacturing and assembly of molds for concrete elements - Blueprint reading and measurement verification - Customization and adjustment of molds based on production needs - Quality assurance of completed work - Collaboration with colleagues in production to ensure efficient workflow You will become part of an experienced team where collaboration, commitment, and high quality characterize the daily work. We are looking for someone who: - Has experience in carpentry, preferably as a form carpenter or in the construction industry - Can read and understand blueprints - Is thorough, responsible, and quality-conscious - Enjoys working both independently and in a team - Has good problem-solving ability and practical skills Experience from prefab, concrete, or industrial production is a merit, but we place great emphasis on the right attitude and willingness to develop. You will become part of an experienced and knowledgeable team where collaboration, professional pride, and quality are important parts of everyday work.
