Carpenter / Team Lead – Windows & Facade We are looking for an experienced carpenter with expertise in window replacement and facade work. You should be self-driven, thorough, and have a good understanding of on-site construction production. Requirements: At least 6 years of experience in carpentry/construction Experience with window replacement and facade work is a plus Experience with miter work is a major plus Ability to work independently and take responsibility Good collaboration skills and leadership qualities Solid general carpentry experience also works, as we are open to training the right person for the role. We would like to see the person come in as a team lead initially, with the possibility of developing further into a work supervisor position within the company over time.
