About the Role As a Smash Chef, you will primarily work at the grill and be responsible for preparing our smash burgers quickly, safely, and with consistent quality. Job duties include: Preparing smash burgers Prepping the grill station Safely handling raw materials Monitoring temperature, quality, and portion sizes Communicating with the service and kitchen team Cleaning and sanitizing your work station Opening and closing procedures Working during high-volume periods You will work weekdays, evenings, and weekends. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who: Is reliable and arrives on time Wants to work regularly year-round Can work both weekdays and weekends Thrives in a fast-paced environment Is meticulous about hygiene and cleanliness Can follow instructions and accept feedback Communicates clearly and respectfully Helps the team even when things get busy Wants to develop and take on more responsibility over time Previous experience in restaurants, grilling, or fast food is a plus, but not required. For us, the right attitude, work ethic, and sense of responsibility are just as important. You'll receive on-the-job training.
