About Us: INNOVITASKOLAN VÄLLINGBY PARK operates in bright, well-equipped facilities. Here, students can progress from preschool through grade 9. We have two school buildings. In one, students progress from preschool through grade 6, and in the other, students are in grades 7-9. All students and children have good conditions to be seen and develop according to their individual circumstances. We are looking for a certified primary school teacher who is qualified as a crafts teacher for grades 3-9 and wants to work at a school that gives every student the opportunity to make their own choices for the future. Here you will contribute daily to all students' development toward educational goals and support colleagues, students, and the entire work team. Your Role: You are a certified crafts teacher who is experienced in working collaboratively within a team but also working independently. Your strength is creating good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. We have a subject teacher system, which means you teach all students in grades 4-9 crafts. You plan and conduct instruction, write subject assessments for grades 3-5, and assign grades for grades 6-9 in crafts. We believe that subject integration is important for creating context across different subjects, and we work with an equitable lesson design that includes our Innovita skills: explore, innovate, and balance. In close collaboration with other teachers and the principal, you contribute to creating accessible learning environments where all students can succeed in school. You are skilled at setting up accommodations and special support based on students' needs and circumstances. You support language development across all grade levels. As a teacher with us, you are responsive and want to guide students toward the future. You are also creative, open-minded, structured, and a clear leader. You ground your work in research and experience and are not afraid to try different methods in your instruction with students. You have experience driving processes and improvement initiatives. You should have an approach that maintains focus on goal achievement through follow-up and analysis. It is a merit if you have good knowledge of modern digital tools.
