Job Responsibilities In your role as a grinder, you will play an important part in our daily production operations. Your responsibilities include registering time in our time tracking system, performing non-destructive testing inspections, traversing during roller setup/removal in the machine, as well as conducting routine machine maintenance and participating in preventive maintenance. Working hours include various shift patterns. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with completed relevant upper secondary education for this position. You have experience grinding metal products. It is a requirement that you have good verbal and written proficiency in Swedish since you will communicate with several departments within the company and must be able to read instructions and document deviations. Great importance will be placed on your personal qualities such as having strong personal drive, being very thorough, and being someone who thrives in a role requiring significant responsibility and the ability to work under time pressure. Furthermore, you take ownership of your tasks and independently drive your processes forward. Welding skills are a plus. During the summer vacation period, we are unfortunately unavailable.
