Sewage Truck Driver with Class C License Needed at SSAM in Lessebo!

Are you a responsible Class C driver who enjoys independent and physical work? We are now seeking, on behalf of SSAM, a sewage truck driver for an approximately one-year temporary position in Lessebo. Introduction and training will begin in week 34 ahead of the assignment start. As a sewage truck driver at SSAM, you will be responsible for the collection and transport of sewage in Lessebo and Tingsryd municipalities. The work is varied and involves planning and performing your tasks independently while collaborating closely with your colleagues. You will perform daily inspection and maintenance of the vehicle, superstructure, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. In this role, you will have daily contact with customers and are an important representative for SSAM. Therefore, it is important that you have a professional and service-oriented approach and enjoy building good customer relationships. You will also report any incidents and contribute to maintaining high quality in operations. To give you a confident start in the role, you will begin in week 34 with introduction and training alongside an experienced driver. The temporary assignment starts in week 36 and will initially run for approximately one year. The employment will begin with a hire through StudentConsulting for the first three months. If the collaboration works well, the employment will then transition to a temporary position directly with SSAM for the remainder of the period, with the possibility of extension. As part of the recruitment process, you will complete the ADEPT-15 personality test. Your application will only be complete once the test is completed. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone with a Class C license, valid YKB certification, and training for tail lift operation. You have experience driving trucks and feel confident behind the wheel, preferably also on smaller roads. Since the work is physically demanding, we see that you have good physical fitness and enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions. You also have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and self-driven. You enjoy planning your own work, take initiative, and have a good safety mindset. At the same time, you are service-oriented and find it easy to build trust when meeting with customers and colleagues.
