We have deepened our work in local and sustainable meat production. We also develop an entirely new range of protein-rich, plant-based food products.
We believe in both animal and plant-based proteins - the best of both worlds.

In Uppland, in Sörby we have a smaller slaughterhouse where we handle mainly beef and lamb. Here we handle both KRAV-certified animals and conventional animals, which are then processed in our food facility in Visby. Part of our production is also butchered in Sörby - this mainly involves returns. (service to our suppliers)
We work long-term with development, quality and sustainability. Protos now collaborates with many farmers in Mälardalen to be able to work locally and regionally with various food raw materials.
We therefore believe that our company has managed to combine the best of both worlds, a solid and high-quality operation in Sörby and at the same time proximity to Sweden's largest supermarket with many opportunities for influences, ideas and collaborations.
We are now looking for two beef and lamb butchers for our operation in Sörby.
We can offer a smaller, but very family-like work group in Sörby.
