Job Description We're now seeking an additional Signage Coordinator who can handle multiple tasks in parallel, maintains high service levels, and has strong planning skills. The role as Signage Coordinator includes: • Leading and supporting operations with signage needs. • Planning and ordering signage for renovations and relocations. • Planning maintenance and ordering the region's overall signage. • Developing and managing signage strategy through guidelines, procedures, and supporting documents. • Budget work and monitoring. • Procurement work within the signage function. • Ordering from and collaborating with the region's signage supplier. • Building permit handling for signage. • Improvement and development work. • Collaboration with colleagues on relocation projects, design initiatives, building projects, property management, and other stakeholders within Region Östergötland. The work involves traveling throughout the region's healthcare environments, where your ability to communicate in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner is essential. Work Group In your daily work, you'll be part of a team with two other signage coordinators. The signage function is part of the Design Unit, which jointly manages signage, art, interior design, and aesthetic planning of the region's facilities. About You You have at least upper secondary education. We appreciate experience with signage and project work in public administration. You have strong skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign, and you learn quickly to use systems for project management, ordering, finance, and case management. Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form is required for this position. Since the role involves travel, a valid B-category driver's license is needed. You collaborate well and are responsive in dialogue with others. You're flexible and motivated to deliver solutions. It's important that you're organized in your approach, calm and stable, and service-oriented.
