We are seeking a temporary substitute starting September 1st with the possibility of permanent employment. Hinriksgården is a supported living facility for individuals aged 18 and older with neuropsychiatric and/or psychiatric diagnoses. Hinriksgården has 12 spaces, and each resident has their own apartment. Common areas include a dining room, TV room, and computer room. Residents have the opportunity to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as coffee breaks at Hinriksgården. The staff team consists of social workers, nurses, and care assistants. Staff support for residents is based on stability, security, clear structure, and quality care. Leisure activities and programs are organized based on residents' interests and needs. Work tasks include cooking, participating in daily activities, providing individual support to residents, and documentation. Your qualifications: You have training as a nursing assistant/care assistant with documented experience working in healthcare, preferably within psychiatry. You have an interest in care and psychiatry as a specialty. A valid B-category driver's license for manual transmission vehicles is required. Your competencies: We place great importance on personal suitability. You should respect the equal value of all people and be humble regarding people's different circumstances. Good interpersonal skills with both colleagues and residents are fundamental. Work shifts according to schedule including day shifts, weekend shifts, and overnight shifts.
