We are now seeking an engaged and confident care worker for open care psychiatry in Mora, where you will become an important part of our dependency team. Work Tasks As a care worker, you will work together with various professional disciplines and be an important part of patient care and treatment. You will, among other things: work in our dependency team with patients with addiction issues and comorbidity conduct supportive and motivating conversations follow up on patients' well-being and treatment interventions contribute to care and treatment planning work both independently and as part of the team coordinate with other healthcare providers and stakeholders around the patient contribute to the development of working methods and quality of care Qualifications We are looking for someone who has a diploma from the Healthcare and Care program, an upper secondary vocational education as a Care Worker in Psychiatric Services (400 credits) or other relevant education or is a trained nursing assistant who has completed the Healthcare and Care program or the vocational package Healthcare and Care through adult education Meritorious: Experience in psychiatry (particularly open care psychiatry) Experience in addiction care and/or comorbidity (experience meeting people with addiction issues and comorbidity) Personal Qualities: We are looking for someone who is confident, engaged, and has a genuine interest in people and psychiatry. You find it easy to build trust, are responsive, and can meet people where they are - even when life is most challenging. You are flexible, responsible, and enjoy working with others. At the same time, you are comfortable working independently and taking your own initiative.
