We are now seeking dedicated caregivers for night shift work at our acute psychiatric department with PIVA (Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit). Advantageous are qualifications in psychiatry, knowledge of the Cosmic medical records system, and previous experience in psychiatric care, preferably acute psychiatry or PIVA. Great importance is placed on personal qualities. As a person, you are confident, stable, and have a good ability to handle stressful situations. You have a professional demeanor and good collaboration skills, and enjoy working nights, and see the value in continuity and calm structure. What you will be working with Your responsibilities are to provide support, care, and reassurance to patients in acute stages. Work with observation, assessment, and documentation. Implement care interventions according to care plans. Contribute to a calm and safe environment in the department where you collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other team members. You participate in acute situations and work according to the department's safety procedures. Working hours are scheduled for night shifts. Start date by agreement. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement. Based on the nature of the operations and security requirements, applicants to our department must be prepared to provide an extract from the criminal records register. Contributes to our 24/7 operations as the position includes at least two weekend shifts per month.
