About the Role As a psychiatric care worker in Stockholm, you will work with care and support for people with mental health challenges, with a focus on safety, daily living assistance, and continuous presence. The role is about creating a safe environment where patients' integrity and autonomy are respected, while you support treatment plans together with the team. What You Will Do Observe and assess patients' condition to detect changes in mental and physical health Provide practical support in daily activities and structure daily routines Create and maintain safety-promoting interventions and prevent crises Administer prescribed medication according to delegation and responsibility Document observations, actions, and progress in patient records according to current procedures Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment and care plans Participate in planning and follow-up of interventions together with patients and next of kin Work actively with safety and well-being for both patients and colleagues What You Bring Relevant education in healthcare/care (e.g., nursing assistant or equivalent) or experience working in psychiatric care Experience with medication management according to delegation and documentation procedures Good communication skills, patience, and ability to observe and assess situations You are driven and take personal responsibility for your work You deliver high quality, every time You collaborate and lift the people around you You always want to learn and help others learn at every workplace Salary and Employment Form We provide services that can be full-time, part-time, or as needed — salary and employment form are determined through conversation with SuperRen based on your experience, your goals, and what match works best for you.
