Erikstorps Gård is looking for harvest workers for our white cabbage harvest in autumn 2026.
The work mainly consists of harvesting white cabbage by hand in the field. The work is physically demanding and involves a lot of movement, bending and lifting. It is carried out outdoors in varying weather conditions.
We are looking for someone who is positive, responsible and enjoys practical work. You should work well with others, follow instructions and contribute to ensuring that the work is carried out carefully and efficiently.
Previous experience of harvesting, farming or other physical outdoor work is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important qualities are a willingness to work, reliability and a positive attitude.
You need to be able to communicate in Swedish or English. A driver's license is an advantage, but not a requirement. The farm is located approximately 8 km outside Mariestad, and you need to arrange your own transport to and from the workplace.
Seasonal employment with hourly pay. The work takes place during the daytime in September and October. An earlier start or extension may be possible by agreement. The number of working hours may vary depending on the weather, the harvest and the needs of the business.
Erikstorps Gård is a family-owned farm growing zucchini, pickling cucumbers, white cabbage and red cabbage. The farm is IP Sigill certified in Fruit & Vegetables, Working Conditions and Climate. We value responsibility, good teamwork and a safe and respectful working environment.
