School Strategist

As a school strategist at Kunskapsskolan, you will be part of a department that together is responsible for systematic quality work, teaching development, and student well-being initiatives. The department is led by Quality and Development Manager Maria Szabo. About the Role As a school strategist, you will be responsible for some of the department's processes, which will depend on your specific competencies! Your main task is to ensure quality in our pedagogical model and our defined quality areas for both primary and secondary schools. You will lead strategic development processes, drive implementation, and provide support to operations managers, principals, leadership teams, and when needed, school student well-being teams. The position also involves running networks or other central support functions based on your specialist expertise. Main Responsibilities: Actively quality-assure the pedagogical model and Kunskapsskolan's defined quality areas. Lead, structure, and follow up on comprehensive change projects and school development initiatives within the organization. Responsible for strategic networks and conduct training and introductions for, for example, newly hired employees or leadership roles such as work team leaders. Actively monitor the school field, research, and relevant investigations to ensure that Kunskapsskolan remains at the forefront. Qualifications and Requirements: Education: Pedagogical basic education (required). State principal's certification or other relevant leadership training (required) Experience: Documented and solid experience successfully leading, implementing, and following up on change initiatives and complex processes. Competencies: Deep understanding of school systems across different school types Who Are You? You are a confident and communicative person skilled at building trust and engaging others in change processes. You have a holistic perspective on schools as organizations, think strategically, and make decisions based on both proven experience and research.
